Payment Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude taxes, shipping, and insurance. Any applicable taxes or government fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Domestic Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card transactions include a convenience fee. PayPal is accepted (3% domestic fee). Mass Pay has no fees.

All processing fees are paid directly to payment processors. Hyperkin does not retain these fees.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders ship FOB Pomona, CA via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified. Freight is selected based on the most cost-effective method.

International Shipping

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and must be paid upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes
  • Express shipping significantly increases cost

Damages & Liability

End Consumer Damages

Retailers are responsible for handling customer damages after delivery.

Overseas Damages

Claims must be filed with the carrier. Hyperkin is not responsible for international shipping damages.

Partial Shipment Issues

Only refuse damaged boxes, not entire shipments. Refusing full shipments may result in additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Policy

Returns must be requested within one year of purchase through your Sales Representative.

RMA Process

  1. Request an RMA number from Customer Support
  2. Submit the completed form via email or fax
  3. Include the form inside the package and label the RMA clearly
  4. Processing takes 5–12 business days

Eligible Items

  1. Defective merchandise
  2. Incorrectly shipped items

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Non-Hyperkin products
  2. Consumables
  3. Opened software (exchange only)
  4. Digital goods & prepaid cards
  5. Refurbished or discontinued items
  6. Items missing components
