Payment Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and insurance are not included.
Domestic Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal (3% domestic fee). Credit cards may be kept on file for convenience.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Orders ship FOB Pomona, CA via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Freight method is selected based on cost efficiency.
International Shipping
International orders do not include taxes, customs, or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important Notes
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Express shipping significantly increases cost
Performance & Liability
Hyperkin is not liable for delays caused by events outside of its control, including natural disasters, labor shortages, or transportation issues.
Damages & Claims
End Consumer Damages
Retailers are responsible for handling end-customer damage claims.
Overseas Damages
Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Hyperkin is not responsible for international transit damage.
Partial Shipment Issues
Do not refuse entire shipments due to partial damage. Only refuse damaged boxes and document with photos.
Returns & Exchanges
Policy
Returns must be requested within one year of purchase through your Sales Representative.
RMA Process
- Request RMA number from Customer Support
- Complete and submit RMA form via email or fax
- Include form inside shipment and label package clearly
- Processing takes 5–12 business days upon receipt
