CSV Upload Instructions

Use a CSV file to quickly add multiple products to your Quick Order. Follow the format below to make sure your file uploads correctly.

CSV File Format

Your CSV file must contain two columns: SKU # and QUANTITY.

SKU # QUANTITY
ABC123 5
XYZ456 10
TEST789 2

File Requirements

  • The file must be saved as a .CSV file.
  • The first column must contain the SKU #.
  • The second column must contain the QUANTITY.
  • Quantity must be a number greater than zero.
  • Do not add additional columns.
  • The first row should contain the column headers.
  • Each product should be entered on its own row.
Important: Make sure the SKU numbers exactly match the SKU numbers used for the products. Products with invalid SKUs will not be added to the order.

How to Upload Your CSV

  1. Create your CSV file using Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet program.
  2. Enter the SKU number in the SKU # column.
  3. Enter the desired quantity in the QUANTITY column.
  4. Save or download the file as a CSV (.csv) file.
  5. Return to the Quick Order page.
  6. Click Upload CSV and select your file.

Need a Template?

You can download a CSV template from the Quick Order page. Enter your SKU numbers and quantities into the template, save the file, and then upload it using the Upload CSV button.
